The fit is right when the ring stays secure without gaps or movement, and feels comfortable throughout the day. If the ring slides off when you shake your hand or creates a large gap when you make a fist, the size is too large. If it feels tight or uncomfortable, try a bigger smaller size. We recommend thorough, extended testing to ensure you select the ideal size for your needs.
